Franchise Hub
Represents a Location of a Franchise, or a Department or Phone Line within a multi-unit business. Contacts and Users can be affiliated with one or more Groups. Contacts can have a designated Preferred Group. Groups can send from a corporate phone number (e.g. Short Code) or an individual phone number unique to that Group.
