A tag is a description for a collection of contacts, categorized by their interests, preferences, information, or upload criteria.

To manage your tags, while logged into into your Voxie account, locate the navigation bar at the top of the screen. Click on the tab titled Contacts and select the first option in the dropdown, Tags.

Edit: Allows you to edit the name

Creating a Tag
From the Tags page, start by clicking the green + New Tag button in the top right corner.

Fill in Tag Name

Tags are case sensitive
-
Instead of spaces, break up the title with an underscore (ex: Marketing_Allowed)

Click the green Create Tag button

Subscriber: Contact has opted-in for marketing purposes

Do-not-text: Contact has opted-OUT of texting

Integration: Contact entered Voxie via an integration
