A number of different file types can be attached to a Campaign message or in Message Hub.

• Image: .JPG, .PNG and .GIF
• Application: .PDF, .VCF
• Video: .mp4 audio + video
• Text: .csv
• Audio: .mp3, .mp4 audio
  
  

All files must be smaller than 1MB. If the file size is larger than 1MB, the file will not be delivered to the contact.

• If you need to resize an image, we recommend using this free website. Although images up to 1MB are accepted, we recommend the image file size be between 250KB and 500KB.
  
• In the scenario of non Image files we recommend to keep them below 600 KB.
