  2. This is where you can filter your contact list by contacts' Subscription Status and/or Tags.

  3. You can type a name or phone number into the search bar to show any contact(s) matching the search (e.g., all contacts with a specific first name, or you can type a complete phone number to find a single matching contact).

  4. In the Contact column is basic contact information, including their name (if stored for each contact, otherwise will appear as Anonymous) and when the contact was created in this team.

  6. In the Segments column is how many Segments the contact is included in.

  8. The Status column shows the Subscription Status of the contact (Active, Paused, or Unsubscribed):

    1. Active: can receive texts.

    2. Paused: Voxie has placed this contact in a “paused” status, which prevents you from texting this contact. This happens when Voxie has received an error, usually directly from the contact's mobile carrier, while sending a message to this contact in the past.

    3. Unsubscribed: cannot receive texts due to opting out or being manually unsubscribed.

  9. The Actions button provides a menu you can use to interact more with the contact's profile, including Viewing the profile, Editing the contact, Unsubscribing (or Subscribing) the contact, and Deleting the contact.

Viewing a Contact

Viewing a contact's profile shows a more complete summary of their information, including all Custom Attributes, Tags, message history, and Campaigns they are currently in.

  1. From the All Contacts page, use the search bar to search for a contact or use the contact pages to find them manually.

  2. When you find the contact you want to view, click the Actions button and select View from the drop-down menu.

Your complete contact list can be exported from the All Contacts page.

There are two different exports you can use:

  1. Lean Export, which contains basic information about your contacts, including name, phone number, and all tags and custom attributes.
  2. Standard Export, which contains all of the information included in the Lean Export, plus additional information, such as the numbers of inbound and outbound messages delivered, and a list of Campaigns the Contact has been included in.

Note that upon exporting, the contact export will be emailed to the email address of the user that owns the Voxie team.

To perform a contact export,

  • From the All Contacts page, click the Lean Export button in the top right corner. The Lean Contact Export will always be the default export.

  • You can choose to switch to the Standard Export by clicking the down arrow on the Contact Export button.
