Accessing Zipwhip Migration Tool
You can access Team Settings > ZW Migration (All users who have access to "Team Settings" can access the migration tool).
When accessed, you'll see an authorization input section to enter your Zhipwhip credentials.
You'll need to connect with:

ZW User
-
ZW Password

Note: For Multi-Line ZW instances, each line needs a dedicated Subaccount in Voxie and the migration will use the following credentials format: |

ZW User: name@(123) 321-3547

ZW Password: Same Account level password
Once the you add the credentials and click on “Authenticate”, a configuration screen will appear in which the you can select among the following options Contacts, Templates and Groups.
Contacts Migration
The “Migrate Contacts” toggle will enable the migration of ALL ZipWhip contacts with the following caveats:

ZipWhip Opt-Out Contacts will be migrated as UNSUBSCRIBED Contacts in Voxie and additionally it will add the “DO-NOT-TEXT” Tag.

Custom Attributes in Zipwhip which appear as:

company: ZipWhip Company value - will not appear if empty

job_title: ZipWhip Job Title value - will not appear if empty

address_line1: ZipWhip Address Line 1 value - will not appear if empty

address_line2: ZipWhip Address Line 2 value - will not appear if empty

city: ZipWhip City value - will not appear if empty

state: ZipWhip State value - will not appear if empty

postal_code: ZipWhip Postal Code value - will not appear if empty

country: ZipWhip Country value - will not appear if empty

Templates Migration
The “Migrate Templates” switch allows the migration of the Templates that exist in ZipWhip with the following characteristics:

Existing Message Variables will be adapted to Voxie Message Variables transparently as long as they are referred to Contacts Custom Attributes.

Caveat: In case a Template contains Zipwhip User Variables, like user First Name, the migration would render those variables as Voxie Account Level Custom Attributes: |
Groups Migration
Migrate Groups section will pre-populate the selection of up to the first 20 groups that exist in ZipWhip, user would be able to unselect the unwanted and pick their replacements instead.

Migration Tool allows to migrate up to 20 Groups

When in the Migrate Groups there is at least one group selected, the Migrate Contacts switch will appear enabled, since groups cannot be migrated without contacts.
