Message Hub - Mobile App
- Updated
Overview
Mobile phones are critical for conducting business on-the-go. Businesses expect a text messaging platform to alert them on their phones when a new text message arrives from a customer. Each conversation is important and they need to stay on top of new messages. Voxie currently supports a mobile browser view of Message Hub, but this is limited in ability to alert on the user's phone for new inbound messages.
To meet this need, Voxie has built a Mobile App which can give customers real-time notification alerts on their phones when new inbound messages arrive. The Voxie Mobile App helps users:
- Get alerts when a new inbound message arrives from their contacts
- Quickly respond to messages
- Switch teams (for multi-team users)

Open
: The Open inbox shows all ongoing conversations, whether assigned to you or others. You can only respond to messages that are assigned to you, but you can view all active threads. -
Me
: The Me inbox contains conversations currently assigned to you. It's your personal workspace for replying to and managing active chats. -
Closed
: The Closed inbox includes all conversations that have been marked as finished, regardless of who handled them. If a contact replies to a closed thread, it will reopen in the Unassigned inbox. -
All
: The All inbox gives you access to every conversation—open, closed, or unassigned. It's the best place to search, filter, and manage conversations across all statuses.
